摘 要: 金刚线多线切割是目前最先进的切片加工技术,合理稳定的控制系统能够保证制品的质量、同时也能提高生产效率。在研究EtherCAT技术的基础上,设计了基于EtherCAT的硬件系统方案,并对其硬件进行了配置。为了优化整个控制系统、提高多个伺服电机同步控制性能,分别对金刚线锯张力控制和主从辊同步控制进行分析研究。在上述研究设计基础上,完成了软件设计。最后通过实验对控制系统进行验证,实验结果表明基于EtherCAT的控制系统很好地提高设备的灵活性、快速性和精确性。 Diamond wire multi-wire saw is the most advanced slice processing technology currently, reasonable and stable control system can guarantee the quality of products and improve the efficiency of production. Hardware system is designed based on the study of EtherCAT technology in it, and selected for the diamond wire multi-wire saw. In order to optimize the control system and improve multiple servo motor synchronous control performance, diamond, saw tension control and masterslave roller synchronization control are studied respectively. The software is designed based on the above analysis. At last, through experiments to verify this control system, the experimental results show that control system based on EtherCAT can effectively improve the equipment flexibility and control precision.
