滚轮滚速对非对称轮辋成形的影响

摘  要: 轮辋作为车轮的关键零件,其性能直接影响到车轮的优劣。目前钢制车轮得到迅速发展,滚压工艺作为钢制车轮轮辋主要的成形工艺,在生产中得到广泛的应用。针对某型号车轮轮辋截面轮廓形状不规则和厚度不均匀等问题,基于有限元软件ABAQUS/Explicit,建立了轮辋滚压成形三维仿真模型,研究了滚轮的滚速对非对称轮辋成形的影响。仿真结果表明滚轮的滚速会影响轮辋的截面轮廓形状和厚度。当上滚滚速较高时,轮辋轮缘处减薄率过高、厚度不均匀;当上滚滚速较低时,轮辋滚压效率低;当上滚滚速为200r/min时,轮辋各部分厚度达到设计要求,轮辋成形好。实验结果与仿真规律符合较好,为滚轮滚速的合理选择提供理论依据。 As a key part, the wheel rim has a direct effect on the performance of wheel. A t present, with the rapid development of steel wheel, rolling process is the main forming method of the steel wheel rim, which has been widely used in productiorL In view of the problem of irregular shape and uneven thickness of wheel rim, a three-dimensional simulation model of wheel rim based on the finite element software ABAQUS/Explicit is established and the influence of the speed of the roller on the forming of the unsymmetrical wheel rim is studied. The result of the simulation shows that the speed of the roller has a great influence on the contour shape and the thickness of the wheel rim. When the rolling speed is higher, the thinning rate of the wheel rim flange is relatively high and the thickness is inhomogeneous. However, when the rolling speed is lower, efficiency of wheel rim rolling is low. When the speed of upper roller is 200r/min, the thickness of wheel rim is appropriate and the shape of wheel rim is better for good material mobility. The experimental results are in agreement with the simulation rules, so this provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable selection of the rolling speed.
