摘　　要： 考虑设计变量和设计参数的不确定性,提出基于区间模型的机械结构二阶段多学科稳健优化设计方法。第一阶段分析多学科不确定优化三层嵌套循环的优化架构,结合机械结构设计中不确定设计参数的特点,考虑区间扩张,将多学科不确定优化的三层嵌套循环优化架构简化为两层嵌套循环优化架构;第二阶段采用最近值法将连续型变量离散化,得到带有公差的离散型结构尺寸优化结果。工程实例表明,提出的方法有较强的可行性与有效性,具有一定工程实用价值。 Considering the design variables and the uncertainty of design parameters, a robust optimization design method of two stage mechanical structure model based on multidisciplinary interval is proposed. The first stage is to analyze optimization architecture of three nested loops of multidisciplinary optimization under uncertainty, combining with the characteristics of uncertain parameters in the mechanical structure design, considering the interval extension, multidisciplinary uncertainty optimization three nested loop optimization architectures into two nested loop optimization architectures. The second stage is to use the nearest value method to continuous variables discretization, obtain the optimized dimensions of the discrete structure with tolerance. The engineering example shows that the proposed method has strong feasibility and validity, and it has certain practical value.
