摘 要: 以福建农业职业技术学院栽培的枇杷灵芝为主要原料,配以枇杷花、红枣、枸杞等辅料,添加适量的稳定剂研制而成枇杷灵芝复方口服液。结果表明:紫芝为生产口服液的适宜品种,口服液配方最优组合为灵芝用量2.5%、辅料用量2%、冰糖用量1%。0.01%β-CD可消除灵芝的苦涩味,改善口服液风味同时提高其稳定性。 Ganoderma lucidum,which was cultivated in Fujian Vocational College of Agriculture,was used as principal raw material; loquat flower,jujube and medlar were used as ingredients; a kind of complex oral liquid was developed by adding moderate stabilizer. The results showed that Fomes japonica was the suitable variety for the preparation of oral liquid. The optimum prescription for the preparation of oral liquid was found as follows: 2.5% G. lucidum,2% ingredients,1% rock candy,and 0.01% β-CD. 0.01% β-CD could remove the bitterness of G. lucidum,improve the flavor of the prepared oral liquid,and enhance the stability of this product.
