摘 要: 采用浸渍法在室内测定了在不同质量浓度和时间处理下4种化学药剂对松材线虫、阿苏里伞滑刃线虫的毒力。结果表明:阿维·苏云菌对这两种线虫的毒力最强,其最高浓度(50.00 g/L)处理松材线虫和阿苏里伞滑刃线虫48 h后,线虫的死亡率分别达85.67%、95.00%,半致死浓度(LC50)分别是20.80、12.88 g/L;克百威·敌和丁硫·毒死蜱对两种线虫也具有一定的毒力。 The indoor toxicities of different mass concentrations of 4 chemical nematicides against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Bursaphelenchus arthuri were tested by using dipping method. The results showed that: Abamectin·Bacillus thuringiensis had the strongest toxicity to these two nematode species,the mortality of B. xylophilus and B. arthuri reached 85.67% and 95.00% respectively 48 h after being treated with the highest concentration(50.00 g/L) of this nematicide,and their medial lethal concentration was 20.80 and 12.88 g/L separately; Carbofuran·Trichlorfon and Carbosulfan·Chlorpyrifos also had a certain toxicity to these two nematode species.
