摘 要: 研究了不同施氮量对胶东卫矛光合作用的影响规律,以2年生胶东卫矛苗木为试材,选用城市处理后的生活污水进行灌溉,设置氮肥追施量0、4、8、12、16 g/株5个处理,小区试验设计,生长季节追肥3次,3次重复。结果表明:试验期间12 g/株处理的净光合速率处于最高值,与对照相比差异显著,4 g/株处理与对照之间无显著差异;在蒸腾速率方面,12 g/株处理在4、7、8月显著高于对照和4 g/株处理,4 g/株处理与对照间无显著差异;在气孔导度方面,12 g/株处理整个试验期间均显著高于对照,其余施氮处理在6~8月与对照间无显著差异;胞间CO2浓度在6~7月份12 g/株处理比对照降低22.44%、27.59%,差异显著,其余月份与对照之间无显著差异。由此可知,胶东卫矛氮肥追施量为12 g/株时,对胶东卫矛光合能力提高效果最佳。 The effect of nitrogen fertilizer application rate on the photosynthesis of 2-year-old Euonymus kiautschovicus seedlings was studied through the plot experiment with 3 repetitions,and the application rates of nitrogen fertilizer as top dressing for three times were designed as follows: 0 g/plant,CK; 4 g/plant,treatment A; 8 g/plant,treatment B; 12 g/plant,treatment C; 16 g/plant,treatment D. The results indicated that: in the whole experimental period,the net photosynthetic rate of E. kiautschovicus in treatment C was the highest,and it was significantly different from that in CK; while there was no significant difference in the net photosynthetic rate between treatment A and CK. In April,July and August,the transpiration rate of E. kiautschovicus in treatment C was significantly higher than that in CK and treatment A; while there was no significant difference in the transpiration rate between treatment A and CK. In the whole experimental period,the stomatal conductance of E. kiautschovicus in treatment C was significantly higher than that in CK; from June to August,the stomatal conductance of E. kiautschovicus in other nitrogen application treatments was not significantly different from that in CK. In June and July,the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration of E. kiautschovicus in treatment C was significantly decreased by 22. 44% and 27. 59% respectively as compared with that in CK. Thus,applying 12 g/plant nitrogen fertilizer as top dressing was the best for the improvement of photosynthesis of E. kiautschovicus.
