摘　　要： 目的:探讨黄芪颗粒治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取134例病毒性心肌炎患儿进行研究,采用数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,各67例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施黄芪颗粒治疗方案,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.0%,优于对照组的85.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察的不良反应发生率为6.0%,对照组的不良反应发生率为4.8%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄芪颗粒用于小儿病毒性心肌炎的治疗中,临床效果显著,安全性高,值得推广。 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Huangqi Granule in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children. Methods： A total of 134 patients with viral myocarditis were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The randomized method was divided into control group and observation group, example. The control group was given routine treatment. The observation group was treated with Huangqi granule on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 97.0% in the observation group, which was better than that in the control group （85.1%, P〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.0%, the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 4.8% The difference between the two groups was not significant, P〉 0.05, no statistically significant. Conclusion： Astragalus granule is used in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children. The clinical effect is remarkable and the safety is high. It is worth popularizing.
