摘　　要： 目的:评价下肢静脉曲张腔内激光治疗(EVLT)的临床疗效。方法:取实验犬右后肢静脉(6条)行腔内激光照射,对30例下肢静脉曲张患者进行静脉腔内激光治疗效果的临床分析。结果:实验犬后肢静脉在激光照射后的12周,其静脉管腔完全闭塞,形成纤维组织增生。该组患者下肢浅静脉曲张消失,5例患肢存在的溃疡14~30天全部愈合,未发生严重并发症,随访15个月均无复发。结论:EVLT具有微创、安全、并发症少、操作简单、住院时间短等特点,是治疗下肢静脉曲张的理想方法。 Objective：To evaluate the results of EVLT and technical improvements in treating venous disease of lower limbs. Methods： EVLT was performed in 6 saphenas of dog＇s right hind limbs. 30 patients with varicose vein of lower limbs （361imbs） underwent high legation of great saphenous vein combined with ecdovenous laser treatment. Results： At the 12th week after operation ,the pathological examination for saphenous vein of dog＇ s right hind limbs revealed fibroplasis in lumen of blood vessel and vessel occlusion.30 patients were followed up for average of 15 months, with satisfactory curative effects, without recurrence. Conclusion： EVLT is a new therapeutic entity possessing advantages of safety, easy-performance, minimal invasiveness and good results.
