中国西南与ICARDA大麦品种类型间籽粒功能成分含量分析

摘  要: 【目的】了解中国西南与ICARDA大麦品种类型间籽粒功能成分含量差异。【方法】对79个大麦品种籽粒4种功能成分含量进行测定,通过方差分析和显著性检验进行研究。【结果】大麦品种间籽粒功能成分含量变幅较大,即黄酮为16.39~108.39mg/100g、抗性淀粉为0.35%~4.17%、生物碱为6.36~44.63 mg/100g、γ-氨基丁酸为3.56~30.29 mg/100g;大麦不同品种类型间4种功能成分含量的平均值和变异系数差异较大。籽粒抗性淀粉含量中国西南大麦高于ICARDA大麦、二棱大麦高于多棱大麦、皮大麦高于裸大麦,其类型间的差异不显著;而籽粒黄酮、生物碱、γ-氨基丁酸含量均为ICARDA大麦极显著高于中国西南大麦、裸大麦极显著高于皮大麦;籽粒黄酮及γ-氨基丁酸含量均为多棱大麦极显著高于二棱大麦,但生物碱含量多棱大麦与二棱大麦差异不显著。以大麦籽粒4种功能成分含量为指标将79个大麦品种聚类分为2类,第Ⅰ类50个品种,其中中国西南大麦35个和ICARDA 15个,分别约占该类品种的70%和30%;第Ⅱ类有29个品种,全部为ICARDA引进的大麦品种。【结论】ICARDA品种功能成分含量多样性丰富,可作为功能大麦育种材料加以利用。 [ Objective] To explain the difference of functional ingredients of barley varieties, analysis of 4 thnctional ingredients of 79 barley accessions from different types and regions were conducted. [ Method] Using randomized blocks design, the data by using variance analysis, significance test and other methods were analyzed. [ Result ] Functional ingredients had a large range of variation among barley varieties, which total flavonoid (mg/100g) shifted from 16.39 to 108.39 ,RS( % ) shifted from 0. 35 % to 4.17 ,alkaloid (mg/100g) shifted from 6. 36 to 44.63,GABA (mg/100g) shifted from 3.56 to 30.29. 4 functional ingredients showed significant difference in different barley varieties,while the mean contents of total flavonoid of Southwest China barley were higher than that of ICARDA barley, the mean contents of two-rowed barley were higher than that of poly-rowed ones,the mean contents of hulled barley were higher than that of hulless ones. Anova analy- sis results showed that there was no significant difference between barley varieties. The mean contents of RS. alkaloid and GABA of ICARDA barley were higher than that of Southwest China ones at the 0. 01 level of significance, the mean contents of hulless barley were higher than that of hulled ones at the 0.01 level of significance. The mean contents of alkaloid and GABA of poly-rowed barley were higher than that of two-rowed ones at the 0.01 level of significance. There was no significant difference in tile contents of alkaloid between two-rowed and poly-rowed barley. Cluster analysis based on 4 functional ingredients showed that 79 barley accessions were divided into two categeries. There were 50 accessions in group I (including 35 accessions of Southwest China barley, 15 accessions of ICARDA barley, 70 % and 30 % of accessions, respectively). There were 29 accessions of ICARDA barley in group II. [ Conclusion ] The biology diversity of functional ingredients in ICARDA barley was abundant. It can be used as functional barley breeding material.
