摘 要: "双一流"建设背景下,一流大学与学科排名的竞争导致高层次人才非正常流动,其最突出的表现就是大学高层次人才"商品化"。人才引进实践中,"明码标价"既有可能促进大学重视人才的价值、加速一流大学与一流学科建设,也有可能造成资源浪费、破坏学术生态、加剧办学中的功利主义。为保障"双一流"建设的顺利实施,需要扼制我国大学学术管理中的"资本主义"倾向。通过建设共同治理制度、淡化人才头衔"光环效应"、高层次人才引进"去行政化"等策略,培育良性竞争的学术生态与大学文化,使高层次人才流动从"资本主义"向"学术本位"转变。 Against the background of China's'Double First Class'campaign,high-level talents in colleges and universities have become commercialized rare products. Though such commercialization,indicating the greater importance now attached to talents,will alsolead to financial waste,extreme utilitarianism and academic productivism. Therefore,to fulfill the ambitious targets of 'Double First Class'campaign,it is necessary to transform our incentive-focused talent management. Instead,we should implement collaborative governance,create a culture of healthy competition,and de-commercialize as well as de-bureaucratize talent management inC hina's academia.
