摘　　要： 随着我国2020年全面进入老龄化社会,原发性骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)的发生率逐年提高,预计到2020年全国在OP方面的医疗支出将达到850亿人民币,所以找到一种起效快、疗效明显、疗程短的治疗方法至关重要。分析近年来中药治疗及靶向治疗骨质疏松症的研究进展,论证中药靶向疗法治疗OP是一种可行的方法。检索近5年中医药骨靶向治疗骨质疏松症的相关资料并进行总结。中药骨靶向治疗OP已成为研究热点,多项实验表明其具有显著的疗效,中药骨靶向治疗OP有着广泛的前景。 With the full-scale aging of our country in 2020,the incidence of primary osteoporosis（ OP） is increasing year by year. It is estimated that by 2020 the national health expenditure will reach 85 billion yuan,and so to find out a quickly-taking treatment,with obvious effect and short course is essential. To analyze the progress of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and targeted therapy for osteoporosis in recent years and prove that traditional Chinese medicine targeted therapy is a viable method. To retrieve the nearly five years osteoporosis bone targeted therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and summarize the related data. Bone targeting therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has become a research hotspot. A number of experiments show that it has a significant effect and traditional Chinese medicine bone targeting therapy for OP has broad prospects.
