摘　　要： 目的:探究脑梗塞后抑郁症患者应用艾灸百会穴与自拟郁金方联合治疗的疗效及其作用原理。方法:将医院收治的脑梗塞后抑郁症患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予自拟郁金方治疗,观察组则在郁金方的治疗基础上给予艾灸百会穴治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的HAMD评分(11.31±2.17)分、NIHSS评分(4.88±0.49)分均比对照组的(15.83±2.24)分、(6.47±0.56)分,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗有效率84.62%明显高于对照组的64.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应率5.13%与对照组患者的7.69%差异较小,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑梗塞后抑郁症患者应用艾灸百会穴与自拟郁金方联合治疗具有较高的疗效性、安全性,具有推广应用的价值。 Objective： To explore the curative effect of moxibustion at Baihui（ DU20） combined with Yujin Formula on depression after cerebral infarction patientsand its mechanism. Methods： In our hospital,depression after cerebral infarction patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group were given Yujin Formula and the observation group on the basis of Yujin Formula was given moxibustion at Baihui（ DU20）. Compare the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results： The observation group＇s HAMD score was（ 11. 31 ± 2. 17） points,NIHSS score（ 4. 88 ± 0. 49） pointshad statistical significance compared with the control group＇s（ 15. 83 ± 2. 24） points and（ 6. 47 ± 0. 56） points（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment efficiency was 84. 62%,which was significantly higher than 64. 10% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Adverse reaction rate was 5. 13% in the observation group and that was 7. 69% of the control group and there was no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of moxibustion at Baihui（ DU20） combined with Yujin Formula on depression after cerebral infarction patients has high curative effect and safetywith the value of popularization and application.
