摘　　要： 目的对开展临床输血学PBL教学的检验专业学生进行问卷调查和分析,了解PBL教学在临床输血学教学中的意义和存在的问题,探索改进的方式。方法对上海交通大学医学院检验系4名教师以及89名本科学生,进行PBL教学问卷调查。内容包括:学生对教案和教师的评价,学生自评和互评以及教师对学生的评价。结果学生对于教案和教师给予了肯定的评价,主要的建议是缩短课时设置。评分计入总评并与教师评分互相参考的情况下学生的投入程度更高,评价更客观,具有统计学意义。结论输血PBL教案撰写不宜过长。注重评价的价值和反馈可以大大提高学生的积极性和评价的客观性。 Objective To survey and analyze the PBL lessons in the course of Clinical Transfusion Medicine. Evaluate the effect and problems in PBL lessons and explore more effective models. Methods A questionnaire was designed according to the purpose of the survey, 4 teachers and 89 students of medical laboratory science in Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were investigated.Results Students gave high evaluate of both the case and the teachers. Main suggestion was to reduce the class time. When the students were told that the evaluation results will be added to their total score and compared to the teachers＇ evaluation, they will be more objective. The results were statistically significant. Conclusion PBL cases for Clinical Transfusion Medicine should not be too long. Paying attention to the meaning and feedback of evaluation can greatly improve the enthusiasm and objectivity of the students.
