摘　　要： 针对我校自动化专业学生群体的现状,提出自动化专业学生的三级人才培养模式(平台),即根据学生的知识储备、工程实施能力、创新素质和创新能力逐级递增的三级教学平台。为了使学生切实受益,强化以学生为中心的教学服务理念,深化实践性教学环节的改革,建立了课题研究成果的制度化和持续化的长效保障机制。在后两级平台的具体建设过程中,尝试实验教学和课堂教学的方法创新,激发学生学习兴趣等一系列培养具有综合素养的优秀创新人才的教学改革措施,取得了良好的初步效果。 In view of the present situation of automation major student groups in our school,for automation major students,a three-level talent training mode（ platform） was put forward. It was a step-by-step platform based on the students＇ knowledge reserve,engineering implementation ability,innovation quality and innovation ability. In order to benefit students,strengthen the student-centered teaching service concept and deepen the reform of practical teaching links,the long-term security mechanism for research results＇ institutionalization and persistence was established. In the specific construction process of the latter two levels of the platform,the teaching reform measures of cultivating excellent innovative talents with comprehensive quality,such as trying to innovate experimental teaching methods and classroom teaching methods,stimulating students＇ interest in learning and so on,have received good preliminary effects.
