摘　　要： 无偿献血工作有其自身的特点,包括血液质量与安全的要求高、血液的储存期有限、献血不是人的必需行为、无偿献血宣传存在特殊性等。而目前的无偿献血工作又存在着整体滑坡、机构工作人员的整体素质还不够高、工作本身很脆弱等问题。面对诸多困难,需要我们从行业自身做起,理清无偿献血工作思路,要有责任担当和认真严谨的态度,同时脚踏实地地做好宣传工作。 The work of blood donation has its own characteristics, including high demand of the blood quality and safety, the limited period of blood validity, blood donation is not a necessary behavior of the people ,the particularity of blood donation publicity and so on.We are now facing the downward trend of blood donation, the employees＇quality is not high enough t, the fragility of blood donation and so on.In facing of the difficulties ,we should start from our own, clear our thinking, assume the responsibilities and with the rigorous attitude, at the same time we should steadfastly promote the blood donation publicity.
