摘　　要： 目的了解深圳市宝安区福永街道使用三氯乙烯(TCE)的企业工人对其职业危害防护的知识水平、态度和行为情况,为安全使用TCE及制定干预措施提供建议和依据,降低和避免职业病的发生、发展。方法统一培训调查员,对82名使用TCE的工人采用一对一问卷调查的方法,指导被调查者独立、完整、逐项填写问卷,用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果有效问卷82份;各组工人根据其文化程度及工龄的不同,其相应的知识、行为得分组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),各组工人的态度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加强TCE职业危害防护知识的宣传教育,加强深度,加大力度,尤其注重国内低学历人群以及新入职员工的培训。 Objective To investigate and analyze the knowledge,attitude and practive about trichloroethylene occupational hazard protection among enterprise workers in Shenzhen,and provide basic data and prevetion advice for reducing and preventing occupational diseases.Methods The face to face questionnaire survey was applied. Workers filled the questionnaire independently and fully.Results were collected and analyzed by EpiData3.0 and SPSS16.0 statistical software. Results Of 220 valid questionnaires,the net increases of knowledge,attitude and practice scores were significantly different with different enterprise,length of service,educational level（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion It should enhance the training about trichloroethylene occupational hazard protection among enterprise workers especially internal private enterprise workers,low educational level workers and freshmen.
