摘　　要： 近年来,社会经济发展速度不断加快,水污染却愈发严重。在防治水污染的过程中,仍有诸多企业存在偷排污水的现象。各个部门之间的职责划分也不明确,存在严重的跨省界的流域污染纠纷。究其原因,情报失察是主要的因素。本文重点阐述水污染治理工作中的情报监测内容,从情报监测主体与水污染防治情报监测指标机制等角度展开深入探究,以保证及时发现水环境中存在的安全威胁,为水污染防治工作的顺利开展提供有力保障。 In recent years, the rapid development of social and economic development, water pollution has become increasingly serious. In the process of prevention and control of water pollution, there are still many enterprises there is the phenomenon of stealing sewage. The division of responsibilities between departments is not clear, there is a serious cross- border watershed pollution disputes. The reason for this is the main factor. This paper focuses on the content of intelligence monitoring in the work of water pollution control, and explores the security threats in the water environment from the perspective of the main body of information monitoring and the monitoring index of water pollution prevention and control intelligence, so as to ensure the safety of water pollution prevention and control To provide a strong guarantee.
