不同配比HMX/TATB高聚物粘结炸药的制备及表征

摘  要: 采用溶液-水悬浮工艺制备不同配比的TATB/HMX粘结炸药,并利用扫描电镜、XRD、DSC和撞击感度测试等方法对其进行性能表征.结果表明:当HMX含量为55%时,可以得到形貌较完好的晶体颗粒,HMX含量过高或过低都会对粘结炸药的形貌及粒度产生影响;由XRD得出,包覆前后HMX和TATB的晶型结构没有发生变化,即整个包覆工艺过程没有改变物质的晶型;由DSC分析,制备后的PBX活化能均有所提高,且当HMX含量为55%时制备的高聚物粘结炸药的热安定性有明显提高;通过撞击感度实验,3种PBX全都不发火,表明TATB对HMX有很好的降感作用.制备HMX/TATB高聚物粘结炸药的最佳配比是HMX∶Viton-A∶TATB=55∶5∶40. The bonded explosive of TATB/HMX was prepared at different ratios by water slurrying method, and the performance was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), excitation X-ray diffractometer (XRD), differential scanning heat method (DSC) and impact sensitivity test.Results show that the good crystals morphology of particles is obtained when the content of HMX in the PBX is 55%, while the content is too high or too low will affect the morphology and size of the bonded explosive.The crystal structure of HMX and TATB after coating doesn't change compared with before, that is the coating process does not change the crystal type of material derived from XRD.It is obtained that the activation of the PBX after the preparation increased, and the thermal stability of polymer bonded explosive is improved obviously by the DSC.Impact sensitivity experiment shows that the sensitivity of three kinds of PBX is reduced, which indicates that explosive is in good stability.The optimal ratio of HMX, Viton-A and TATB is determined to be 55∶5∶40.
