摘　　要： 文章分析了大数据对研究机构数据管理的影响,包括对智能化、信息化程度的挑战,对数据的整合分析的考验以及信息安全问题等,提出了在大数据时代研究机构数据管理,应加强数据和信息的集成、注意对数据的清洗与过滤、关注跨平台数据的关联与整合、保障数据隐私安全等。 The article outlines the features of big data.Impact of big data on data management of existing enterprises is analyzed, including challenges for degree of intelligence and information, test for data integration and analysis, and information security. Therefore,following countermeasures for enterprise data management in big data era are put forward：strengthen integration of data and information; pay attention to data cleaning and filtering, and association and integration of cross platform data; as well as guarantee data privacy and security.
