摘 要: 文章主要介绍了某型纯电动微循环公交车骨架以铝代钢的设计开发。在不改变车辆总体结构与布置,保持整体骨架刚强度水平相当条件下,通过材料替换与厚度增加,实现整车骨架的以铝代钢设计;并应用CAE分析技术,对轻量化前后的整车骨架结构相关刚强度进行分析与对比验证,确保结构的总体刚强度性能。 This paper mainly introduced the design and development of a electric micro circulation bus frame made of aluminum instead of steel.Without changing the overall structure and layout of the vehicle and maintaining the strength of the whole frame under the condition of equal strength, through the replacement of material and the increase of the thickness, the design of the framework of the whole vehicle was made of aluminum instead of steel.The CAE analysis technology was used to analyze and compare the relative stiffness of frame structure before and after light weight reduction, so as to ensure the overall rigidity and strength performance of the structure.
