摘　　要： 汽车生产供应竞争越来越激烈,为了提高汽车制造企业的经济收益,必须对生产线进行改造,提高企业适应市场的能力,合理对生产力进行优化调配,为此需要生产线具备多车型生产能力,需要对传统刚性生产线进行柔化改造,提高企业面对市场的应变能力。 In order to improve the economic benefits of automobile manufacturing enterprises, it is necessary to transform the production lines to improve the ability of enterprises to adapt to the market and rationalize the allocation of productive forces. Therefore, it is necessary to have the production capacity of multi-vehicle production line.It needs to soften the traditional rigid production line transformation,improve the ability of enterprises to respond to the market.
