摘　　要： 随着电子商务深入人们的生活的各个方面。其不仅改变了人们的生活方式和生产方式，电子商务的市场也由蓝海趋向红海化，从城市扩散到农村。在2015年4月为了共同开创云南省“互联网＋”的新局面，云南政府与阿里巴巴集团携手制定了战略合作框架协议。云南大理宾川成为“农村淘宝”项目首个吃螃蟹的人，也同时享受到了电子商务带来的丰富报酬，随后通海县、宣威、会泽、文山等地纷纷加入“农村淘宝”的大家庭之中，呈现出一派星星之火可以燎原之势。这次阿里在云南举办的“农村淘宝”项目不仅为“农产品进城”与“网货下乡”的双向流通搭建了平台。也为云南村民脱贫致富打开了新的大门和高速通道。 With the e-commerce in all aspects of people＇s lives, it not only changed people＇s way of life and production methods, e-commerce market from the blue sea to the Red Sea, spread from the city to the countryside. This time All held in Yunnan, ＂rural Taobao＂ project not only for the ＂agricultural products into the city＂ and ＂net goods to the countryside,＂ the two-way flow to build a phfform for the villagers in Yunnan to get rid of poverty to open a new door and high-speed channel.
