摘　　要： 中共十八大以来的五年,是全面推进依法治国、加快建设社会主义法治国家取得重大进展的五年。以习近平同志为核心的党中央把全面依法治国放在"四个全面"战略布局中加以战略谋划和扎实推进,开启了全面依法治国、实现中国法治现代化的新时代。坚持不懈抓好宪法实施工作,推动中国特色社会主义法律体系的完善和发展,改革和完善立法体制,加快建设法治政府,加快建设法治经济,加快建设法治社会,扎实推进司法体系改革,坚持依法治国与依规治党统筹推进,坚定推动依法治国与以德治国相结合,坚持在法治轨道上全面深化改革,等等,鲜明展示了十八大以来全面依法治国的伟大实践和运动方向,凝结着殊为丰富的当代中国法治发展的宝贵经验。 Comprehensively advancing the rule of law has been promoted in recent five yearssince 18 th CPC National Congress. Accelerating construction of our socialist country under the ruleof law has also made great progress at the same time. The CPC Central Committee with Comrade XiJinping as the core push forward steadily the rule of law in the strategic layout of 'Four Comprehen-sives', and launch on a new era of process of modernization of the rule of law in China. Manymoves have clearly demonstrated the great practice and direction of the rule of law since 18 th CPCNational Congress,such as the implementation of the constitution, the improvement and developmentof Chinese socialist legal system, reform of the legislation system, the construction of law-based gov-ernment, the construction of law-based economy, the construction of law-based society, reform of judi-cial system, etc. All above reveal the great practice and movement direction of the rule of law andcondense the rich experience of the development of contemporary Chinese rule of law.
