摘　　要： 基于210户生猪养殖户的调查数据,采用Binary Logistic模型,以粪污无害化处理为例,探讨了环境感知、制度情境对生猪养殖户环境成本内部化行为的影响。研究发现:在控制人口统计变量和经营特征变量的前提下,环境感知因素中养殖户生态意识、责任意识显著正向影响其粪污无害化处理行为;制度情境因素中养殖户参与技术培训次数、养殖补贴力度显著正向影响其粪污无害化处理行为,社会参照规范变量显著负向影响其粪污无害化处理行为。为此,政府应加大养殖户的知识教育和技能培训,制定及落实促进养猪业健康发展的补贴政策和监督机制,鼓励养殖户实施粪污无害化处理行为,促进养猪业外部环境成本内部化和养猪业可持续发展。 Based on data collected from 210pig farmers and Binary Logistic Model,this paper explored the influence of environmental perception and institutional context on pig farmers’behavior of internalizing environmental cost by taking the harmless treatment of fecal sewage as an example.The results showed that the ecological consciousness and the sense of responsibility had significant positive influence on pig farmers’behavior of waste disposal,under the premise of controlling the demographic variables and operating characteristics.In terms of institutional context factors,the frequency of farmers’participation in technical training and intensity of subsidies had significant positive influence on pig farmer’s feces disposal behavior.However,the social reference standard had significant negative influence on pig farmers’behavior.Therefore,the government should strengthen farmers’knowledge education and skill training,formulate and implement policies on pig industry subsidies and supervision mechanism,encourage farmers to carry out the waste harmless handling procedure,and promote the internalization of environmental cost and the sustainable development of the industry.
