摘　　要： 目的:分析转录因子T-bet表达与外周T细胞淋巴瘤(PTCL)的预后关系。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的初次治疗PTCL患者101例,均进行石蜡包埋病理标本检查,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析转录因子T-bet表达与PTCL预后的关系。结果:本组101例PTCL患者,T-bet阳性患者5年生存率高于T-bet阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组56例外周T细胞淋巴瘤非特指型患者,T-bet阳性患者5年生存率高于T-bet阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组17例NK-T细胞淋巴瘤患者,T-bet阳性患者1年生存率高于T-bet阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:转录因子T-bet与PTCL患者预后存在一定的相关性,其属于PTCL-NOS患者以及NKT患者预后的保护因素。 Objective： To analyze the the prognostic relationship between transcription factor T-bet expression and peripheral T cell lymphoma. Method： 101 eases of PTCL patients in the author＇s hospital for initial treatment were selected, all of them were examined by the pathological specimens of paraffin embedding.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the relationship between T-bet expression and transcription factor PTCL the prognosis were analyzed.Result： 101 eases of PTCL patients, T-bet positive patients 5 year survival rate was higher than T-bet negative patients, the difference was statistically significant（P〈O.O5）.In this group of 56 eases of peripheral T cell lymphoma, the 5 year survival rate ofT-bet positive patients was higher than that ofT-bet negative patients, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.17 cases of this group of patients with NK-T cell lymphoma, T-bet positive patients 1 year survival rate was higher than T-bet negative patients, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The transcription factor T-bet and the prognosis of patients with PTCL have definite correlation, the A prognostic factor for PTCL-NOS patients and NKT patients.
