摘　　要： 目的:研究活动与固定联合矫治在前牙埋伏牙治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取30例前牙埋伏牙患者并随机分为两组,试验组采用活动与固定矫治器联合治疗,对照组单纯固定牵引矫治,矫治过程中每3个月测量相关数据,并进行统计分析。结果:试验组矫治过程中邻牙间隙丧失量明显少于对照组,前牙唇倾量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活动与固定矫治联合治疗可明显减少矫治过程中邻牙间隙丧失和唇倾度,提高矫治率。 Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy to activity and the frxed joint treatments in the treatment of anterior embedded teeth.Method： 30 patients with anterior embedded teeth were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group used the activities associated with fixed appliance treatment, and the control group was treated with fixed appliance treatment.In the process of treatment, we measurement data, and statistical analysis for every 3 months.Result： The process of rectification adjacent tooth clearance loss and front teeth lip dip of the experimental group were less than those of the control group obviously, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The activities associated with fixed appliance treatment can obviously reduce the rectification process loss and adjacent tooth clearance labial inclination, improve the correct rate.
