摘　　要： 简要论述跨文化管理的内涵及民办高校跨文化管理的意义。指出全球化背景下民办高校跨文化管理的具体策略:外籍教师的跨文化管理策略;留学生的跨文化管理策略。 This paper reviews the connotation of cross-cultural management and the significance of the cross-cultural management in non-government colleges and universities. On the basis, it expounds the specific strategies of cross-cultural management in non-government colleges and universities including cross-cultural management strategies of foreign teachers and cross- cultural management strategies of international students.
