摘　　要： 本文主要针对于大学生网贷风险与法律控制方式研究为切入点进行分析,结合当下校园网络借贷的风险分析为主要依据,从大学生网贷风险的源头控制、大学生网贷风险的出借方控制、大学生网贷风险的借入方控制这三方面进行深入探索与分析,主要目的在于提高网贷风险控制力度,从而保障校园安全以及社会稳定发展。 This paper mainly focuses on the study on college students’ network credit risk and legal control as the breakthrough point to carry on the analysis, combined with the present campus network lending risk analysis as the main basis, from the origin of college students’ network credit risk control, college students’ net lenders of credit risk control, college students’ net debtor control the three aspects of credit risk for further exploration and analysis, the main purpose is to improve the network credit risk control, thus to ensure the safety of campus development and social stability.
