摘　　要： "中国方案"有狭义、广义之分。狭义的"中国方案",仅指十八大以来中国政府在处理国际事务和全球治理中提出的新观点、新建议、新原则和新主张。"中国方案"的提出给侨务工作带来新机遇,应该利用海外华侨华人的优势,面向所在国和国际社会,宣传和推介"中国方案",帮助中国更好地融入世界、参与全球治理。 The 'China Program' has narrow and broad senses.The narrow sense of the 'China Program' refers only to the new ideas,new proposals,new principles and new propositions put forward by the Chinese government since the 18 th CPC Congress on handling international affairs and global governance.The genesis of the China Program has brought new opportunities for overseas Chinese work and we should make use of the advantages of overseas Chinese to publicize and promote the China Program to their host countries and the international community so as to help China better integrate into the world and participate in global governance.
