摘　　要： 习近平总书记提出的"中国方案",对侨务工作的目标、任务、重点提出了新的要求。为此,侨务工作的领域必须扩展,从更多着眼于国内大局向兼顾国内、国际两个大局转变;充分调动华侨华人资源为中华文化传播服务,充分调动华侨华人资源为中国走出去服务,充分调动华侨华人资源更好地为住在国与祖国友好发展服务;创新工作思路、工作机制、工作方式,形成侨务工作的新格局。 The 'China Program' put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping has new demands on the objectives,tasks and priorities of overseas Chinese affairs.Therefore,the territory of Overseas Chinese work must be extended and shifted from focusing on the domestic overall situation to focusing on both domestic and international overall situations; the overseas Chinese resources must be fully mobilized to serve the dissemination of Chinese culture,China's 'Go Out' strategy,and the friendly exchanges between their host countries and mother country.The line of thinking,work mechanism and mode should be innovated so as to develop a new pattern for overseas Chinese affairs.
