摘 要: 采用实验室极限模拟方法,探讨着色剂、漆膜喷涂厚度、空气湿度、薄木含水率以及表面粗糙度等因素对家具用PU/PE涂饰漆漆膜泛白的影响。结果显示,在本试验条件下,着色剂中的稀释剂、底漆厚度、空气湿度、薄木含水率以及表面粗糙程度,是引起漆膜泛白的主要原因。 A laboratory simulation method was used to evaluate the film whitening of Polyurethane resin paint (PU) and Polyester resin paint (PE) wood furniture lacquer. Impacts of colorant, film thickness, air humidity, veneer moisture content and veneer surface roughness on film whitening were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that whitening was mainly caused by colorant dilution, primer film thickness, air humidity, veneer moisture content and veneer surface roughness.
