摘 要: 采用纳米TiO_2和UV吸收剂作为UV油墨改性剂,讨论改性剂的种类和用量对油墨物理性能(粒径、黏度)和紫外光吸收性能的影响,分析改性油墨印刷装饰纸的耐光变色性能。结果表明:改性后的油墨粒径较小,黏度较低,具有较好的稳定性和紫外光吸收性;当TiO_2添加量为1.0%或UV吸收剂添加量为1.5%时,改性油墨印刷的装饰纸均获得较佳的耐光变色性能。 The authors selected nano-TiO2 and ultraviolet absorbents to modify a UV-curing ink used for printing decorative papers. The ink properties were tested to evaluate effects of the modifiers on the ink. The results showed that after modification by nano-TiO2 or ultraviolet absorbent, the UV ink was stable with reduced average particle sizes and viscosity as well as enhanced absorbance in the ultraviolet region. Therefore, optimum parameters for modification of the UV ink was 1.0% of TiO2 or 1.5% of ultraviolet absorbent.
