摘　　要： 抗战胜利后,粤台两地决定合办糖厂。双方经多次磋商,决定复建市头糖厂,其糖业机械由台湾糖业公司提供,广东实业股份有限公司则负责厂址及原料供应,资金由双方分摊解决。但因政权更迭,国民党败退台湾,市头糖厂的筹建也宣告停止。 After the victory of the war of resistance against Japan,Guangdong and Taiwan decided to jointly run a sugar factory.After many consultations,the two sides decided to re-establish Guangzhou city's sugar mill,the machinery to be provided by Taiwan Sugar Company,the site and raw materials to be supplied by Guangdong Industrial Limited Company,and the starting fund to be equally borne by the two sides.But because of the change of regime,the KMT retreated to Taiwan and the preparation came to an end.
