摘 要: 以剪叉式液压升降台为研究对象,运用AMESim仿真软件建立其液压系统模型并进行仿真分析,得到剪叉式升降台的速度曲线、起落高度曲线,并与剪叉式液压升降台相应的计算数据相对比,验证了液压系统的可行性,发现了升降台机械部分设计的不恰当之处并提出了解决办法。 A scissor hydraulic lift stage was taken as the research object. AMESim simulation software was used for modeling and simulation analysis. The scissor lift stage' s velocity curve and its rise and fall curve were obtained by using AMESim. Practicability of the hydraulic system was tested and verified by comparing data which were acquired from relative calculations and AMESim analysis re- sults. The inappropriate place of the mechanical part of the scissor lift stage was found and the solution method was given.
