摘　　要： 在石化行业之中,储运设备具有十分重要的战略地位,而立式储罐作为储运设备的一种又有着广泛的应用。因为石化行业关系着国家的能源安全,所以立式储罐壳体的清洗便受到了大家的关注,清洗技术也在不断发展。石化行业的特殊性决定了清洗过程中不能产生明火。考虑到安全、清洗和节能等因素,基于高压水射流技术,设计出一款能够清洗立式储罐壳体的设备,用以对立式储罐壳体进行清洗,保证了清洗工作在安全的状态下高效进行。 In petrochemical industry, storage and transportation equipment has a very important strategic position, and the verti- cal storage tank, as a kind of storage and transportation equipment, has a wide applications range. Because petrochemical industry is related to the country＇ s energ） seeurity, so cleaning of vertical storage tank shell has been the concern of everyone, cleaning technology is also in constant development. The particularity of the petrochemical industry determines that no fire can be produced in cleaning process. Taking security, cleaning and energy saving into account, based on the technology of high pressure water jet, a piece of equip- ment eouht he used Io cleaning verlical tank shell was designed. The cleaning work of the vertical storage tank shell was ensured to carry out efficiently under safety condition.
