摘 要: 在液压配气系统中,当发动机高速运转时,气门落座速度超过落座速度评价标准。为改善这种情况,在不影响配气效果情况下,对气门杆直径dv、盘部厚度H、气门过渡半径R 3个关键参数进行正交试验设计。运用灰色关联法对气门质量、落座最大应力、落座最大变形量3个多目标值进行优化,得到多项评价指标下的最佳优化组合。研究结果为液压气门的结构设计提供了参考。 In the hydraulic valve system, when the engine is in high-speed operating condition, the valve seating velocity exceeds seating velocity evaluation criteria. In order to reduce the occurrence of this kind of situation, the key parameters of the valve stem di- ameter d,, the disc thickness H, the valve transition radius R were designed by orthogonal test. The method of grey correlation was ap- plied to optimize the quality of valve and seat maximum stress, seated maximum deformation, the optimal combination of the multiple indexes was gotten. The research results provide reference for the structural design of the hydraulic valve.
