一种新型的膨胀节疲劳性能试验装置

摘  要: 针对国内现有的膨胀节疲劳性能试验设备普遍存在适用范围窄(仅适用于一种规格的单个试件)、试验设备笨重且大多靠人工操作、劳动强度大、自动化程度低的特点,给出一种可实现不同规格、两个膨胀节同时测试的新型膨胀节疲劳性能试验装置的设计方案和工作原理。该装置主要由试件、上下滑块、上下旋转台、驱动连接板、试验加载与驱动机构5个部分组成;四周均匀设置了4根导向柱及限位装置,用于试验前上下滑块、上下旋转台和驱动连接板的定位;4个加载机构均匀分布于设备四周,使试件受载均匀。该装置符合国家有关法规标准的要求,采用自动化的控制系统,高效、智能、安全。 In view of the situation of widespread scope narrow (only suit to one specification and one test), test equipment cum- bersome and basically relying on manual operation, high intensity of labor, and low automatic degree of domestic existing expansion joint fatigue performance test equipment, the design scheme and working principle of a new kind of expansion joint fatigue performance test device which could be used to achieve different diameter and different length' s two expansion joint test at the same time was pres- ented. It was mainly composed of five parts, including test pieces, up and down slide blocks, up and down turntable, driving connect- ing plate, test load and drive mechanism. Four steering columns were set up evenly around whole device to achieve sliding in the verti- cal direction of up and down slide block, up and down turntable and driving connecting plate before the test and a spacing device was set to achieve positioning. Four load mechanisms were distributed around the equipment that test beared uniform load. The device ac- cords with requirements of related national regulations and standards, and the automation control system is adopted. It is efficient, in- telligent and safe.
