摘 要: H桥级联型PWM整流器随着级联H桥的增多,降低了每个开关管上的耐压要求,并且该拓扑可以同时实现能量的双向流动和功率因数校正,因此适用于无输入变压器的高压大容量场合。研究了H桥级联型PWM整流器的工作原理,针对该拓扑存在的直流母线电压不平衡问题,研究了一种基于比例-积分(PI)调节器的改进控制算法,保证空载和满载条件下都能够实现电压平衡控制。最后,搭建三模块级联型H桥整流器的实验样机,实验结果表明了控制算法的有效性。 Cascaded H-bridge rectifier(CHBR) paves the way of high-voltage applications without input transformer, because the total voltage of CHBR is on average divided on each switch and the topology achieves two-way flow of energy and power factor correction. The principle of CHBR is explored, and an improved PI based control method is put forward to balance the DC link voltages of CHBR. The method can make DC link voltages of all cells equal when the CHBR works on the no load or load condition. A three cell CHBR prototype is built in the laboratory, the experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
