摘　　要： 核心素养是目前国际教育研究的热点。为了研究高校辅导员核心素养结构,文章通过问卷和访谈方法对思想政治教育专家、一线辅导员和大学生进行调研。结果显示:高校辅导员核心素养结构包括职业管理素养、思想政治素养、信息与媒介素养和学习与创新素养等。高校辅导员核心素养具有独特性、可发展性、非全面性等特征。加强高校辅导员核心素养的培养,应确立人才培养方案、加强教育培训、提升实践锻炼、激发源动力。 Nowadays,core competence is the hot spot of international education research. In order to study the structure of the core competence of college counselors,this article carries out an investigation on the ideological and political education experts,first-line counselors and college students by means of questionnaires and interviews.The results show that the core competence structure of college counselors includes professional management literacy,ideological and political literacy,information and media literacy,learning and innovation literacy and so on. The core competence of college counselors has the characteristics of uniqueness,development and non-comprehensiveness,etc. To strengthen the cultivation of the core competence of college counselors,we should establish personnel training program,strengthen educational training,improve practical ability and stimulate source power.
