加减毓麟汤治疗卵巢早衰脾肾阳虚证的临床研究

摘  要: 目的:观察加减毓麟汤治疗卵巢早衰脾肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法:非随机非劣性对照研究方法,采集病例142例。治疗组(91例)予口服中药加减毓麟汤治疗,对照组(51例)予口服戊酸雌二醇片加黄体酮胶囊治疗,3个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分,血清FSH、LH、E2及子宫三径之和改善情况。结果:综合疗效比较,治疗组总有效率(61.54%)优于对照组(43.14%)(P<0.05);中医证候疗效比较,治疗组总有效率(49.45%)优于对照组(21.57%)(P<0.05);治疗后两组FSH水平明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组治疗后LH水平较治疗前降低,E_2水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),子宫三径之和较治疗前无明显改善。结论:加减毓麟汤治疗卵巢早衰脾肾阳虚证疗效确切,可改善患者中医证候症状,可降低血清FSH、LH水平并升高E2水平。 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Yulin Decoction in treating premature ovarian failure with syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. Methods: Non-randomized and non-inferiority control study were used to collect 142 cases. The treatment group(91 cases) was treated with modified Yulin Decoction. The control group(51 cases) was treated with progynova and progesterone capsules, 3 months as a course, the treatment lasted 2 courses. The TCM syndrome scores, serum FSH, LH, E2 and the three diameters of uterus were observed after treatment. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group(61.54%) was better than that of control group(43.14%)(P<0.05). The total effective rate of TCM syndrome of the treatment group(49.45%) was better than of control group(21.57%)(P<0.05). The FSH level of two groups improved remarkably(P<0.05, P<0.01). The LH, E2 level of treatment group was improved remarkably(P<0.05), and the sum of the three paths of uterus was not improved. Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of modified Yulin Decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure with syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney was accurate. It could improve TCM syndrome, decrease serum FSH and LH level and increase E2 level.
