六盘山人工栽培秦艽化学成分含量累积动态分析

摘  要: 目的:通过对不同生长年限秦艽有效成分含量的动态累积变化规律研究,确定人工栽培秦艽的最佳采收期。方法:采用HPLC法,分别对2、3、4年生人工栽培秦艽植株3-11月根部龙胆苦苷和马钱苷酸含量进行测定。结果:在不同生长期龙胆苦苷与马钱苷酸含量累积呈现不同的变化规律,且以第4年9月时,根的干重最大且有效成分含量趋于稳定,此时较适于采收。结论:本研究确定了人工栽培秦艽的最佳采收期,为保证药材质量和提高产量提供科学依据。 Objective: To ascertain the best harvest time of cultivated Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae by searching the dynamic regulation of accumulated contents of effective constituents in cultivated Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the contents of roof gentiopicroside and loganic acid of cultivated two-year-old, three-year-old and four-year-old Radix Gentianae macrophyllae from March to November. Results: The accumulated contents of gentiopicroside and loganic acidshowed different variation patterns in different periods, the root had the maximum dry weight in the fourth year September, while the effective components trended to be stable, which meant that it was the time for harvesting. Conclusion: This study ascertained the optimal harvest time for cultivated Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae and provided scientific basis for ensuring the quality and increasingproduction of drugs.
