摘　　要： 《黄帝内经》作为我国最早的医学典籍,其理论原则成为后代立论之准绳,而《金针赋》所介绍的针刺手法,对后世也有重要影响意义。"从阳引阴,从阴引阳"与"阳中隐阴,阴中隐阳"作为针灸的两个重要指导原则,对针灸治疗疾病有指导意义。文章就其含义、二者联系、应用进行一个简述。 Huangdi Neijing was the earliest medical classics in China, whose theoretical principles provided acriterion for the descendants. Similarly, Jinzhen Fu introduced the acupuncture manipulations that also had important implications for future generations. ‘Conducting yin from yang, conducting yang from yin' and ‘ Yin hidden in yang, yang hidden in yin' as the two important principles of acupuncture, have been guiding significance for acupuncture in dealing with diseases. This paper introduced the meaning and the relationship of ‘Conducting yin from yang, conducting yang from yin' and ‘Yin hidden in yang, yang hidden in yin'.
