摘　　要： 苗医认为"无毒不致病,无乱不成疾",强调"毒为百病之源"。苗医以擅长治毒而著称,运用得当多能达到疗顽疾、起沉疴特殊疗效。弩药针疗法是苗医"以毒攻毒"特色外治法之一,适宜病症广泛,在贵州苗族民间广泛流传使用,临床疗效显著。近年来,临床和实验研究证明,传统及改良弩药针和弩药具有显著的抗炎、镇痛、抑制致炎因子的表达、防止佐剂性关节炎对骨膜的损害等作用。文章就苗医弩药针疗法的起源、实验及临床运用研究等进行归纳分析,以期为苗医药特色疗法的传承及创新提供参考。 Miao medicine believes that 'non-toxic non pathogenic, no confusion no illness' and emphasizes 'poison as the source of diseases'. Miao medicine is known for therapy toxin. There have special curative effect for recurring illness and severe and lingering illness when therapy toxin used properly. Crossbow medicine acupuncture therapy is one of the 'counteract one toxin with another' characteristics of Miao medicine external treatment,which suitable for a wide range of disease and widely used in Guizhou Miao Nationality nongovernmental. The clinical curative effect is remarkable. In recent years, clinical and experimental studies have proved that the traditional and improved Crossbow medicine acupuncture and Crossbow medicine have significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic, inhibitory effects on proinflammatory factors and prevent the damage of adjuvant arthritis to periosteum. This paper summarized the origin, experiment and clinical application research of crossbow medicine acupuncture therapy. The aim is to provide reference for the inheritance and innovation of Miao medicine characteristic therapy.
