摘　　要： 基于证候诊断标准研究的重要性,文章首先从理论研究、临床应用和新药研发三方面对证候诊断标准的研究价值和意义进行了阐释。然后针对诊断标准研制过程中存在的如主证和主症的确定、诊断形式构建、数据处理与理论拟合、标准的验证推广等关键问题,深入思考并提出相关认识和看法,认为以诊断明确的现代医学疾病为切入点,以高质量的文献、专家调查数据和临床研究数据为基础,优化组合多种数理统计手段,挖掘构建符合中医辨证思维的数理诊断模型,以证候量表的模式和结构建立疾病常见证候的量化或定性诊断标准,以专家辨证标准、以方测证为评价手段,以项目组之外的应用为推广途径,将是解决关键问题的可行思路和方法。 Based on the importance of the research of diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes, this article firstly from the theory, clinic and industry three aspects to explain the research value and significance. Then aim at key problems which exist in the course of the development of diagnostic criteria such as the determination of the main syndromes and symptoms, the construction of the diagnosis form, data processing and the theory of fitting, the standard validation and so on, put forward thinking the modern medical diseases with the specific diagnosis as the breakthrough point, taking literature, experts investigation and clinical data of the high quality as the basis, optimized combination of a variety of mathematical statistics methods, the construction of the mathematical and diagnostic model in conformity with the dialectical thinking of Chinese medicine, with syndrome scale to build the quantitative or qualitative diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes, taking the experts and Chinese medicinal formulae as the evaluation means, the application of the outside of the project team, will be the feasible ideas and methods to solve the key problems.
