摘　　要： "本于神"是针刺疗效的保证。文章从天人一体、天人相应、五脏藏神及致气调神等视角认识"神",明确"神为主宰,道为之体,神与阴阳相统一"的主旨思想,具体从养神、察神、守神、调神、治神等方面进行了论述,务使达到气静、血畅、神活的状态,对针灸临床应用有较大的指导意义。笔者结合从事针灸临床30余年的体会,对"凡刺之法,必先本于神"略赘述于下,以期各位同道斧正。 ‘Take spirit as core' is the guarantee of acupuncture effect. This article studied spirit from different perspectives of harmony between man and nature, five zang organs storing spirits and spiritual cultivation con-forming with the four seasons. This article stressed on the main idea that spirit is the master, Tao was the principle, and spirit was in according with yin-yang, specially discussed it from nourishingspirit, observing spirit, keeping spirit, regulating spirit, treating spirit, and pursuing the normal state of qi, blood, and spirit, which had a great guiding significance on the clinical application of acupuncture. Given the course of nearly 30-year clinical acupuncture practice, the article hereby should be helpful for the profession, and also hoped to get the reader's comments and suggestions.
