摘　　要： 中医学作为医学体系中最重要的组成部分已存在几千年,确切的临床疗效作为其生命支撑。然而中医学要在继承的基础上不断创新与发展,必须与现代医学接轨,那么现存最大的瓶颈在于中医证候疗效评价体系缺乏国家通行标准。笔者就现代医学架构下中医证候临床疗效评价所遇到的问题做一梳理,以期为其制定标准提供参考依据。 Traditional Chinese medicine as the most important part of the medical system, the exact clinical efficacy as its life support has existed for thousands of years. However, Chinese medicine should be based on the succession and continuously innovation and development. It must be integrated with modern medicine. Then the biggest bottleneck is that the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome evaluation system lack of national access standards. The author combs the problems of clinical evaluation of TCM syndromes under modern medical architecture. So as to provide a reference for the development of standards.
