摘 要: 针对风电机组齿轮箱非平稳信号特征提取存在的"频谱模糊"问题,设计了一种基于插值滤波器的角域重采样方法。通过结合半带插值滤波器和CIC(Cascade Integrator Comb)插值滤波器设计了一种新型插值滤波器,提升了特征提取方法的处理速度,降低了特征提取方法的设计复杂性。采集行星齿轮实验台模拟的风电机组齿轮箱非平稳振动信号,通过建立的Matlab仿真模型,验证了功率谱性能。 To solve the problem of 'spectrum ambiguity ' in the non-stationary signal feature extraction of wind turbine gearbox,a corner resampling method based on interpolation filter is proposed.A new interpolation filter is designed by combining the half band interpolation filter and CIC interpolation filter,which improves the speed of feature extraction method and reduces the design complexity of feature extraction method. The vibration signal of variable speed is obtained in the experiment platform of wind turbine gearbox,and the simulation model is established in Matlab. The method is verified by the vibration signal and the model.
