摘　　要： 2013年《中华人民共和国旅游法》的出台,引发了国内旅游市场的变化,对我国旅游业产生了深远的影响。目前,国内学术界针对《旅游法》实施影响的研究成果付诸阙如。运用质的研究方法,借助MAXQDA10分析软件,可探讨《旅游法》的实施究竟会给中国旅游业产生何种影响、如何产生影响以及给哪些群体产生较大影响等重要问题。研究结果表明:《旅游法》的实施对旅游市场、旅行社、导游、旅游者和旅游购物店产生的影响最为明显。具体来看,《旅游法》的实施会加速市场结构调整、净化旅游市场环境;加剧旅行社间的竞争、促进旅行社经营观念的转变,并有助于旅行社作出经营策略上的调整;该法案对导游的薪酬结构、择业动机与职业认同以及正常角色的理性回归均会产生积极的影响;游客体验质量同样会受到该法案的影响;此外,部分旅游购物店在《旅游法》实施的影响下,或是选择退出,或是选择转型经营,或是做出其他变革以求适应新的环境的变化。 The enacting of 'The Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China'in 2013 has caused some changes in domestic tourist market and has exerted a far-reaching impacts on China's tourism industry. At present,there are few researches on the impacts exerted by the enacting of The Tourism Law.By adopting the qualitative research method and the analysis software of MAXQDA10,the paper analyzes the following questions: What are the impacts on China's tourism industry exerted by the enacting of Tourism Law? How does it exert impacts?On what kind of groups does it exert impacts? The research has the following findings: the enacting of Tourism Law has exerted obvious impacts on tourist market,travel agencies,tour guides,and tourists. Specifically speaking,the enacting of Tourism Law will accelerate the adjustment of market structure,and purify the environment of tourist market; it will intensify the competition among travel agencies,propel travel agencies to change their management ideology,and facilitate the adjustment of travel agencies' management strategies; the law has also exerted influence on tour guides' income,work efforts,work motivation,professional identity and the rational return to the normal role; the quality of tourists' experience will also be influenced by the law.
