摘　　要： 文化复兴是民族复兴的基础,也是实现民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要之举。近代以来,承载着五千多年文明历史的中华文化遭遇到前所未有的挑战,中西式文化的碰撞、冲突与整合塑造了近代中华文化的主旋律。周恩来作为推动中华民族伟大复兴的重要历史伟人,以"复兴文化、振兴中华"为己任,在继承和发扬中国传统优秀文化的基础上,提出经济与文化建设并行,既奠定了民族文化之本,又夯实了民族文化之基。周恩来在推动实施文化建设的"双百"方针下,强调文化发展的群众性与民族性,发展科学教育文化事业,加强文化人才队伍建设,为提升国家文化软实力和增强中国人的文化自信做出了重要贡献。 Cultural renaissance is the foundation of national rejuvenation,but also an important movement to realize the great rejuvenation of the nation and the Chinese dream. Since modern times,the Chinese culture,which carries more than five thousand years of civilization and history,has encountered unprecedented challenges. The collision,conflict and integration between Chinese and Western cultures have shaped the theme of modern Chinese culture.Zhou Enlai,as an important historical figure,has promoted the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the 'cultural revival and rejuvenation of China'as its mission,inherited and developed the excellent traditional culture,proposed parallel economic and cultural construction,which made the national culture and strengthened the national culture medium.At the same time,he promoted the implementation of the cultural construction of the 'double hundred'policy,emphasized the masses of national and cultural development,the development of cultural undertakings in science and education,strengthened the construction of cultural talents,has made an important contribution to enhance national cultural soft power and enhance Chinese cultural self-confidence.
