摘　　要： 全球金融危机以来,欧美强国发展势头衰减,一批新兴国家特别是体量庞大的中国开始从国际体系的边缘逐渐走向中心,国际秩序处于加速转型中。站在新的历史起点上的中国外交,面临各种现实问题和矛盾,如走和平发展之路与维护国家利益的平衡问题、全球化与反全球化的矛盾、守成大国与崛起大国的博奕、制度参与与制度创设、韬光养晦与奋发有为、大国责任与量力而为等一系列发展问题和矛盾。这要求中国外交具备驾驭各种复杂现实问题和平衡解决矛盾的艺术。对中国在世界格局中的恰当定位的基础上,中国外交需秉承"人类命运共同体"新理念,坚持"和平、发展、合作、共赢"原则,妥善处理各类矛盾,给出解决现实问题和矛盾的"中国方案"。 Since the global financial crisis,the momentum of development in Europe and the United States are decreasing,and a number of emerging countries are rising,especially China is beginning to move from the edge of the international arena to the center with a huge volume,and the international order is in the accelerated transformation.China's diplomacy that stands at a new historical starting point is bound to face various contradictions,such as taking the road of peaceful development and safeguarding national interests,globalization vs anti-globalization,hegemonic power and rising power,international institutions participation and international institutions construction,keeping a low profile and doing something,China's responsibilities as a big power and act according to its ability and so on.China's diplomacy must have the art to manage all kinds of complex contradictions.On the basis of the proper positioning of China in the world pattern,China's diplomacy adheres to the new concept of'human destiny community',adheres to the principle of 'peace,development,cooperation and win-win',properly handles all kinds of contradictions,gives 'China program'to solve realistic problems.
